Collection and Use of User Data:
Our application integrates with Google Drive, allowing users to access and manage their Google Drive files directly from Salesforce. To enable this integration, we may collect and store the following user data:
User credentials for Google Drive (OAuth token)
File metadata (name, location, size, etc.)
We collect and use this data solely to provide our application’s functionality. We do not share or sell user data to third parties.
We DO NOT store the following:
- Google drive password
- File Content
We take the security of user data very seriously. We use industry-standard encryption protocols to protect user data in transit and at rest. User credentials are encrypted using OAuth and/or SSL encryption to prevent unauthorized access. User data is stored in secure data centers that comply with industry data security and privacy standards.
Access and Control of User Data:
Users have complete control over their Google Drive files and can manage their data through our application. Users can view, edit, delete, or download their files as they see fit. Our application will only access and modify user data with explicit user authorization.
Our application only uses Google APIs to provide our functionality. These services may have privacy policies that govern the use of user data. We encourage users to review these policies before using our application.
